May is Mental Health Awarenss Month

During the COVID-19 pandemic CFGC there has been an increase in mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and family conflict. This can lead to an increased risk of serious mental health problems, school drop-outs, substance use, suicide, and chronic health issue, violent behaviour towards spouses or children.

Please seek help if you are experiencing any of the above situations. Ask a neighbor for help, call 911

If you are aware of vulnerable children and families during this Pandemic please speak up for those who are unable to. Call 911, children services don't stand by and do nothing.
