Mediation

"Are you in a disagreement with another person or party? Are you at a point of frustration where neither party will budge and you are still not anywhere close to an agreement? Are you thinking of hiring an attorney to help resolve the disagreement?

If you answered yes to any of the above questions, then mediation could be your next step. Having a neutral party guide the process of coming to an agreement often works out and is less expensive than hiring an attorney and waiting to go to court. Even if you don't go to court and only hire an attorney, it could cost you a lot of money and time, and you could end up losing altogether.

Ending up in court could often result in the judge ordering court mediation or arbitration, where you have maybe one hour to come to an agreement. If you don't, then the mediator or arbitrator recommends a solution, and you both might still end up unhappy with the outcome. More and more, the courts are mandating mediation, either from a private mediation service, which is chosen by both parties which usually is a minimum of 2 hours or more depending on the case, or a court-appointed mediator who the court assigns, and you might only have a one-hour session before you are required to come  to an agreement.

At Grandmas Supervised Visitation & Service we offer Zoom Mediation from either the comfort of your home /office or anywhere you have a private area, good stable internet service and either a desktop, laptop computer and in the worse case a smartphone with the ability to do a zoom meeting and the ability to have power for the laptop or smart phone.

Good morning Anthony, Yesterday Scarlett spilled her coconut water on her pants on the way home after I picked her up for my visit. I took her pants off to change her into dry clothes and noticed many bruises on her legs. I noticed some bruising on her shins on Wednesdays visit also, but, did not inspect her as I understand 5 year olds are active and some bruises, scraped knees are normal, however, the number of bruises were a concern enough to me to inquire. Have you noticed the bruises on her legs and do you know how she is getting so many?
