Visit locations are reviewed and approved by administration in advance. Your monitor will reassess on the day and may adjust if there is an event at the location, safety concerns, or other factors.

After your initial inquiry, we open a case file and discuss your specific situation and court order requirements. Once you decide to proceed and complete the intake process, your file becomes active. You'll receive access to a secure client portal unique to your case. We then coordinate scheduling based on your family's needs — including accommodating multiple children, work schedules, and extracurricular commitments — and match you with an appropriate monitor.
Our monitors take detailed notes during every session. Formal written reports are prepared when specifically requested by a client, their attorney, or when required by a court order. Reports are a professional service — our monitors' notes are carefully transcribed into comprehensive, court-ready documentation.
